Class Description

Find guidance on movement and exercise during pregnancy, learn what is the "core" and how to engage it, receive information on support garments and braces, bowel and bladder tips and tricks, how to improve sleep, how to decrease chances of developing a diastasis recti, learn the role of posture in many discomforts of pregnancy. During this 1.5 hour class you will also go through and learn a mobility exercise program, receive handouts on it and how to use an exercise/Swiss ball, helpful products during pregnancy, and other resources during pregnancy. This class is recommended to take anywhere after your 12th week of pregnancy.
